By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

For our Classic Archive (vintage content), we curate material from sources we reasonably believe are abandoned or from defunct producers. We respect all valid copyright claims and will remove material promptly upon proper notice.

All transactions (subscriptions, VOD purchases, tips, livestream access) are processed exclusively through cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. You are responsible for any transaction fees, taxes, or cryptocurrency volatility. Refunds, if any, are issued solely at our discretion in line with our Refund Policy (if published).

Creator earnings are subject to clearly disclosed platform fees.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases, though certain provisions (such as content licenses and payment obligations) survive.

We respect intellectual property rights and respond expeditiously to valid copyright complaints. Rights holders can report alleged infringement using our dedicated anti-piracy/reporting page. We will remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material promptly and maintain a repeat-infringer policy.

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all content will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any content on it.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or the equivalent of US$100 if no payments were made).

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your uploaded content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Moldova. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Moldova, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections or rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
