I'm sorry Mikel, I'm not going to be able to fix emails being blocked or going into the spam folder, it's not something we have control over on our end, it's controlled by the mail providers.
Would you like to discuss the issue here?
How can I help?

They are delaying the purchase until Jul 27. Wow.
Hey Stratos,
Hope you're having a good day.
It looks like from your recent purchase of the Celia vs Nadege fight that you figured this out.
Thank you so much for taking the time to figure out how to purchase our videos using Crypto, we really appreciate it.
It's very expensive to host a video streaming site such as this, so your purchases really help to keep our platform alive.
I can see that you made the purchase using Bitcoin. Next time you want to deposit, if you use a faster Cryptocurrency such as Solana instead, the transaction will complete faster and there will be virtually no fees.
Bitcoin is quite slow and the fees are quite high.
Please let us know if you have any more issues and we'll do our best to help.

I also am unable to make payment via debit or credit card. The option simply isn't there at checkout. I'm after 5 possibly 6 videos, is there anyway we can sort payment some other way?
Unfortunately, because of the type of content we sell, credit and debit card processing is extremely difficult to secure. Over the last few years, payment processors have become much stricter with adult content, especially content involving fighting, wrestling or combat-style material. As a result, many card providers are unwilling to support websites in this niche.
This is one of the reasons why so many older catfight producers and websites have disappeared over the years, and why some of the larger current producers have had to keep moving between different platforms. It's really difficult for Catfight video sellers to have payment card processing. This is the main reason why we don't get much high quality catfight content produced these days compared to the past. These days it's mostly light wrestling and heavily scripted content coming out from the current "Catfight" producers.
At the moment, crypto payments are the most reliable way for us to keep the platform running and continue making these videos available. I completely appreciate that crypto is more complicated than paying by card, especially the first time you use it, but once the process is set up it does become much easier.
Crypto essentially exists for websites like us, where governments and regulations try to prohibit the sale of certain products. Crypto enables us to still transact, in an environment where governments have made it very difficult.
If you need any help purchasing Crypto and then depositing onto our website, just let us know, we'll be more than happy to help.
It's not that difficult once you figure things out.

I understand. Crypto still not for me though. Also you might want to change the wording in your welcome email as it states debit card, credit card, google pay and apple pay all accepted.

Thanks for letting us know Mark, I really appreciate it. We'll get that changed.
When we first launched the website back in April we were hopeful that we would have debit and credit cards, which is why they're listed in the emails, but unfortunately securing payment card processors has proved to be much harder than we anticipated.
We just sent you an email. If you don't receive it, you can message us through the DM feature on the site. Look for "Messages" in the left sidebar.

So I can't figure it out. I'm assuming I open an account on a bitcoin trading site and pay that way? carlito501@yahoo.com

Hey Carlito,
Hope you’re having a good day.
Thanks a lot for joining us. I really appreciate it.
To answer your question: yes, the basic idea is that you create an account with a crypto exchange, buy cryptocurrency there using your debit card, credit card or bank account, and then use that cryptocurrency to top up your Fight Coin balance on Catfight World.
A crypto exchange is a website or app where you can buy cryptocurrency. Examples include Coinbase, Kraken, Binance, Crypto.com and others. The best option can depend on which country you live in, because different exchanges are available in different countries.
The process works like this:
Step 1: Create an account with a crypto exchangeChoose a major crypto exchange that operates in your country. Examples include Coinbase, Kraken, Binance, Crypto.com and others. You will usually need to create an account and verify your identity. This is normal because crypto exchanges are financial services, so they usually ask for ID before allowing you to buy crypto.
Step 2: Buy cryptocurrencyOnce your exchange account is set up, you can buy cryptocurrency using your debit card, credit card, or bank account, depending on what the exchange allows.
Although people often talk about “Bitcoin,” Bitcoin is usually not the best option for small online payments because the fees can be higher and the transaction can be slower.
For Catfight World, I would recommend using something like Solana if your exchange supports it. Solana is usually very fast and has very low fees.
The important rule is this:
Whatever cryptocurrency you choose on Catfight World, you must send the same cryptocurrency from your exchange.
So if you choose Solana on Catfight World, send Solana from your exchange.
If you choose Ethereum on Catfight World, send Ethereum from your exchange.
If you choose Bitcoin on Catfight World, send Bitcoin from your exchange.
If you choose Ethereum on Catfight World, send Ethereum from your exchange.
If you choose Bitcoin on Catfight World, send Bitcoin from your exchange.
Do not mix them. For example, do not send Bitcoin to a Solana address or Ethereum to a Bitcoin address.
Step 3: Start your Fight Coin top-up on Catfight WorldOnce you have bought the cryptocurrency on your exchange, come back to Catfight World.
Go to your wallet / Fight Coins area and click Top Up.
Choose how much you want to add to your account at Catfight World.
Then choose the cryptocurrency you want to pay with. Again, I would recommend Solana if you have that available, because it is usually much faster and cheaper than Bitcoin.
Step 4: Copy the wallet address from Catfight WorldDuring checkout, Catfight World will show you a crypto wallet address.
This is not a street address, bank address, or anything like that. It is just a long code made up of letters and numbers. That code tells your crypto exchange where to send the payment.
You may also see a QR code. The QR code is just another way of showing the same wallet address that you can scan from your phone, if you're using your exchange on your phone.
Step 5: Go back to your crypto exchange and send the paymentOpen your crypto exchange account.
Look for an option called something like:
Send
Withdraw
Transfer
Transfer out
Pay out
Withdraw
Transfer
Transfer out
Pay out
Different exchanges use different wording, but you are looking for the option that lets you send cryptocurrency to an external wallet address.
Select the same cryptocurrency you chose during Catfight World checkout.
For example, if Catfight World checkout is asking for Solana, select Solana in your exchange.
Then paste the wallet address from Catfight World into your exchange.
Enter the exact amount shown during Catfight World checkout.
Then confirm the transaction.
Step 6: Wait for the Fight Coins to appearOnce the crypto payment has been sent, the Fight Coins should be added to your account automatically after the transaction is confirmed.
If you use a fast cryptocurrency like Solana, this can be almost instantly. If you use Bitcoin, it can take longer and the fees may be higher.
The simplest version is:
- Create an account with a crypto exchange.
- Buy Solana, Ethereum, Bitcoin, or another supported cryptocurrency.
- Go to Catfight World and click Top Up.
- Choose the same cryptocurrency during checkout.
- Copy the wallet address shown on Catfight World.
- Go back to your exchange.
- Use Send / Withdraw / Transfer.
- Paste the wallet address.
- Send the exact amount shown.
- Wait for the Fight Coins to be added automatically.
For a first payment, the process can feel confusing, but once you have done it one time it becomes much easier.
The most important things are:
Use the same cryptocurrency on both sides.
Copy the wallet address exactly.
Do not send ID documents, passwords, private keys, or exchange login details to anyone.
Only buy the amount of crypto you actually want to spend.

If you let me know which country you live in and which exchange you are thinking of using, I can give you more specific guidance.
