About this catfight

Sarah gets bored of simply watching Jane and Steve wrestle and decides she wants to give it a try herself instead of just filming her friends. The result is a short clip of the two friends, Jane and Sarah, wrestling each other while Steve stands by and gives them clear instructions on how to trap one another in submissions. The session stays light and instructional yet still physical as the women put the advice into practice.

Jane and Sarah engage directly on the ground, following Steve’s guidance as they work to set up and secure submission holds. Steve talks them through the positions and the steps needed to trap each other, turning the short match into a practical learning session between friends. Both women stay active, scrambling and attempting the techniques while listening to the real-time coaching. The familiarity of the group keeps the atmosphere comfortable, so the wrestling feels natural even as they focus on the submission details.

The clip captures the moment Sarah steps in from behind the camera and joins the action. Jane, already experienced from her regular sessions with Steve, works with her friend under the same instruction. They wrestle to apply the holds Steve describes, each trying to trap the other exactly as coached. The short format keeps the focus tight on the exchanges and the teaching points, showing the friends learning and competing at the same time.

Watch the full short clip to see Sarah jump in and wrestle Jane while Steve directs them on how to trap each other in submissions. See the two friends put the instructions into practice, the physical effort of the grappling, and the clear coaching that guides every attempt. This is casual yet competitive women’s wrestling between friends, built around learning and applying submission techniques with live guidance.
