About this catfight

Step inside the training room with one of the UK’s most beloved catfighters! In this good-natured wrestling match, Amethyst Hammerfist teams up on the mats with her close friend Jade for a relaxed, skill-focused training session packed with friendly grappling action.

Shot in true British women's wrestling spirit, the pair keep things light and positive as they roll, lock up, and practice holds in a no-pressure environment. Amethyst brings her signature high-energy style — that famous stamina, feisty passion, and technical know-how from her karate, BJJ, and street-fighting roots — while Jade matches her move for move. You’ll see clean technique, smooth transitions, and the kind of camaraderie that only comes from two experienced female wrestlers who genuinely enjoy training together.

Whether you’re into friendly catfight sessions, UK FvF training videos, or just love watching real women’s wrestling develop in real time, this archival gem delivers pure mat action without the drama. It’s a rare behind-the-scenes look at how legends like Amethyst Hammerfist stay sharp — all while keeping the vibe fun, respectful, and entertaining.
